Delaware County is experiencing a considerably high rate of positive COVID-19 tests. Last week’s tests (Aug. 5-12) resulted in an 8.2% positive testing rate; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevent suggest that this number should be well under 5%.

Test for COVID-19, piece of cake
I’m not going to lie: I was a little nervous about getting tested for COVID-19. I did what they always tell you not to do: Google it. There, I saw a picture of a giant Q-tip go up through the nose and swab what looked like the brain. Not my idea of a good time.
